My apartment is spacious, quite beautiful. I overlook a pond which gives an ambiance of peace. I am making friends with the other residents. We have weekly coffee get togethers and a pot luck once a month. Most importantly I feel safe here with garage accommodation in the building. My favorite thing about Broadway is our Community Manager. She is always there for us with a huge smile. Stacey takes care of any problem asap and most of all we know she is there if we need her.

The spacious community room features a large TV screen, ample comfortable seating, and a cozy fireplace.. It also has a beautiful kitchen/dining area that we can use at our leisure. Wednesday mornings we gather for coffee and once monthly we have a community potluck meal. Many afternoons you can join a friendly game of cards. There is also an exercise room and a game room where we welcome our grandchildren to enjoy the video game machine. Our leasing/office manager, Stacy, is the best!

I am so grateful and comfortable with living here. It starts with having a building manager like Stacy ! I have never met such a kind, sincere, and trusting person. Existing residents welcome and treat me with kindness and friendly get-togethers. All my needs are met from a very quiet environment, no noise, and just having such beautiful rooms to enjoy. I will always be content to live at this beautiful place and consider myself to be fortunate to be able to enjoy it each day.

We love everything about living here! Everyone in the building is so friendly, the place is beautiful and the amenities are wonderful. Stacy, the manager, is so helpful and always shares a smile and a friendly greeting. We're thrilled that everything is included in our rent...no more worries about utility bills, cable, WiFi, etc. And we love our screened in balcony! We couldn't ask for a better place to call home. ??
